Though the colors of the treasure gourds in the fields have faded, I was amazed by the fresh emerald green of Qiyun Mountain. Four hours wandering through misty greenery, accompanied by wind, drizzle, clouds, cliffside paths, and a little white cat... Qiyun Mountain, anciently called Baiyue, is one of the Four Sacred Taoist Mountains. Its temples are mostly built into mountain caves, with cliff carvings etched into unique Danxia rock formations.
