Taketomi Island: Searching for star-shaped sand! Kaiji Beach

When I think of Okinawa, I think of star sand! I've always had that image, and I used to buy it as a souvenir☺️ There's a beach on Taketomi Island where you can find star sand!! 🏖 I searched for star sand with my palms! Fighting the sun😂 lol There was surprisingly little star-shaped sand, and there were a lot of sand pieces that were missing somewhere, which was a bit of a shame😰 I'll post the only one I was able to take a nice picture of lol You can't take the star sand home from Kaiji Beach, so if you want to take some home as a souvenir, you can buy it at the shop next to it😳 The tides are fast, so swimming is also prohibited.
