During my trip to Yamaguchi, I visited Yuda Onsen and was recommended a very famous hamburger steak restaurant. No matter when you eat them, they’re absolutely delicious♡ Each piece weighs about 70g, and you can get up to 3 pieces for the same price. Naturally, I opted for 3 pieces! There’s a wide variety of condiments to choose from: ・Salt & Garlic ・Miso ・Chopped Wasabi ・Pickled Shibazuke ・Grated Daikon Radish ・Ponzu Sauce I had so much fun experimenting with different flavors 🥰 And here’s the surprising part: freshly cooked rice is unlimited and free to refill 🍚 (made with rice from Yamaguchi Prefecture). In these times, this is such a blessing 🙏 It was so delicious that I refilled my rice three times!
