There seem to be many houto restaurants in the area, but this one seems to be very popular, and even though I went at 2pm on a Saturday, I was able to wait about an hour before being seated! It was very efficient and I was able to get in sooner than I expected. The taste was of course delicious, and the liver, a B-class gourmet dish from Yamanashi that I ordered with it, was also very delicious.
