After a long journey, we returned to the hotel to find two steaming hot drinks ready. My child and I each chose corn juice and purple sweet potato juice. A sip of the warm drink instantly dispelled our fatigue. 😊 🍱 Yancheng Kitchen 🥢 After checking in, we decided to have a seafood buffet at the hotel in the evening. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were amazed by the dazzling array of seafood stalls. Looking around, we saw lively crabs, plump clams, fresh oysters, and large mantis shrimp, all fresh and tempting, as if calling us to put them on our plates. Even more surprising was the sashimi area, which was equally impressive. The thick-cut salmon had clear textures and rich fat, melting in the mouth; the sweet shrimp was fresh and tender, and the Arctic shellfish was crisp and chewy. Paired with freshly ground wasabi and soy sauce, each bite was a gift from the sea. In addition to seafood, the hot dishes and desserts here were also excellent. The hot dish area offered various creative dishes made with seafood, which tasted amazing. The desserts were exquisite and cute, with a delicate texture that never got boring. The restaurant was spacious and bright, and the service was attentive. This is the home of the milu deer, where you can see cute milu deer running and playing on the grass. 🦌 The staff also explain the living habits of the milu deer, making it a fun and educational experience for children.
