❤️ My stay at the Yangzhou State Guesthouse was such a delightful surprise! The location is fantastic, right next to the Slender West Lake. The hotel is spacious, and just walking around and exploring while looking for signs of spring was a joy. . 🌟 Hotel Room Types: 1⃣️ Building 8: This is the hotel's popular building. The first floor has a water feature where guests can sit on sofas and take photos. It’s beautiful during the day, and the evening ambiance gives off a dreamy Kyoto vibe. Great for pictures! ▪️ Shanyue Scenic Room: Offers a view of the surroundings with morning sunlight streaming in, and a perfect traditional Chinese atmosphere 💯. ▫️ The hotel provides brilliant bath products, and the slippers are of great quality. They also offer welcome fruit, and if you order a late-night snack, you’ll receive thoughtful gifts like calming tea, yogurt, an eye mask, and more. The minibar, including Coke, lotus root juice, and Evian water, is all free! . 2⃣️ Building 18: This is the newly built building with very modern facilities. The rooms are huge, and the separation of wet and dry areas is done very well. The hotel even has a robot that makes coffee. ▪️ Scenic Room: The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sunset. The room is huge, and there’s a TV and a set of tea utensils. Tea lovers can enjoy a peaceful time on the balcony. . 🌟 Hotel Facilities: ▪️ Building 15: If you enjoy swimming, try the pool in Building 15. It’s a standard pool with complete facilities, and the water temperature is very comfortable! ▫️ Quyuan: A popular morning tea spot, but it gets crowded because it's open to the public. It's best to avoid weekends and holidays and go early to avoid long lines. However, the hotel's buffet is already great, with both Western and Chinese dishes, including small wontons, buns, and salted duck! (❤️ Reservation tip: Around 1 pm, when you go to queue for lunch at Qu Yuan, it’s less crowded, and the food is delicious!) ▪️ Hanfu Photo Spot: Swans and ducks can be seen playing in the river and near the rockery. The hotel’s car will take guests to Quyuan and drop them off.
