Yangzhou Fried Rice: Cooked to perfection, with each grain distinct, rich but not greasy, and full of egg aroma. Yangzhou Shredded Tofu: Served with shrimp for an authentic taste. The dried tofu is incredibly fine and fresh. Meatball: Soft and glutinous, with no gamey taste at all. The pork is exceptionally tender, and the vegetables absorb the meatball’s rich flavor—amazing! Yangzhou Braised Goose: Not greasy at all, perfectly seasoned, and very tasty.
