Zoroastrian Tower of Silence.

I visited the Zoroastrian Tower of Silence. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride from the center of Yazd. Famous as a site for sky burials, where birds used to dispose of the bodies. You can easily climb the mountain, making it a light exercise. There aren't many tourists, so I highly recommend it. The view of the city of Yazd from the top is fantastic, so be sure to climb up. The sunset is beautiful if you go in the evening. The entrance fee for foreigners is about 6 euros. Iran has many attractions, but Yazd is especially recommended.
