During one of the days of this trip to Seoul, we made a special trip to Hwasul 화설 (Yeonnam Main Branch) in Yeonnam-dong. This is not an ordinary tourist restaurant, but a famous Korean beef restaurant where even local Koreans are willing to line up! It was also introduced on Korea’s super popular food program “Restaurant with Queues 2”, so its popularity is naturally beyond doubt. It was evening when we arrived. We could see customers coming in and out of the store from a distance. As soon as we stepped into the store, we were immediately attracted by the atmosphere and decoration. We ordered several different cuts of Korean beef. As soon as it was served, we saw the beautiful distribution of fat, which was a big plus just for the visual effect! 🔥The quality of the meat after grilling did not disappoint at all: The meat is tender, juicy, and not greasy.
