It was my first time visiting Furong Town in winter, which offers a different kind of charm. After seeing many photos of the waterfall's front night view, this time I took a look at Furong Town from behind the waterfall. Have you seen it from this perspective? It's currently the off-season, perfect for a solo trip to relax or a romantic getaway. Honestly, there are quite a few foreign tourists in the Furong Town scenic area... Address: Furong Town, Yongshun County, Xiangxi Prefecture, Hunan Transportation: The high-speed rail is now operational, with direct service to Furong Town Station. From the high-speed rail station, you can take a taxi straight to the scenic area. However, taxis in this small town don’t use meters; it’s a flat rate of 20 yuan directly to the entrance of the scenic area. You can arrange accommodation and meals within the scenic area. Booking a guesthouse by the waterfall is quite comfortable and not expensive during the off-season. At night, you can also visit a bar to have a drink and listen to some music.
