#springwander Mt. Yoshino in Nara Prefecture is counted as one of the three most famous cherry blossom spots in Japan. The cherry blossoms that bloom on Mt. Yoshino are mountain cherry blossoms called Shiroyamazakura. Many other cherry blossoms are growing in clusters, and the total number is said to be 30,000. When the cherry blossoms bloom, there is also a light-up at night.
