It is a place where you can really feel the local Japanese atmosphere, as it is visited by more locals than tourists. If I had to pick a must-eat menu here, it would be Suji-boiled pork. The rich soup with tender beef tendon and miso base was very savory. If you want to feel the local Japanese atmosphere in Yufuin, I recommend Toriyasu.
