I recommend ordering a bowl of noodles and radish to eat with the sauce. It's amazing. The fermented soybean douchi noodles are also good and are a local specialty. The restaurants in the ancient town are all good. Souvenirs: The guesthouse also sells refrigerator magnets with designs created by the owner. They are unique to the ancient town and can't be found anywhere else. Pickled radish, pickled jade beads, and pickled bamboo shoots are all super delicious and go well with rice. They're not very spicy. There are also rose flower cakes here, which are sold in many places. I think they're all pretty much the same. Buy them if you like them. I recommend buying a handmade fan woven by a local grandma. The designs are unique. They make interesting gifts. The town isn't too crowded on weekends. You can stroll around, soak up the sun, and enjoy the tranquility of the ancient town. If you like excitement or staying up late, there are also a few bars in the ancient town with singers where you can listen to music and have a few drinks to unwind. You can take a boat trip around the ancient town and see the whole town along the way.
