It is walkable to the popular centralworld mall, Big C, platinum mall where most will head to for affordable apparels and nearby it, there are many great dining establishments and night markets. The hotel's hospitality and service is excellent. There's complimentary welcome drinks everyday and the staff took efforts to surprise my husband and I a cake for our wedding anniversary. Our deluxe king bedroom was perfect for the 2 of us. It was spacious, clean, and equipped with a huge toilet and a bathtub. We all had a good night sleep on their comfortable bed and well sound proofed room. We highly recommend Amari Hotel Bangkok and we will definitely be back to stay here again.

The restaurant is beautiful, has a great view, and a great atmosphere. Plus, the food tastes really good. The food here is Asian and international. There are a variety of menus. Each dish is fresh, high quality, and the chef creates delicious dishes. The restaurant is quite private, making it perfect for dinner. Dinner is only open on Fridays and Sundays from 18:00-22:00.

On my first night there i was surprised to find the Spa completely booked up so in fear of missing out again I quickly called in and made an advance booking for the next day. I selected the super stree relief package which was 3600thb ,I can't rmb if there were any discounts for in-house guests. The Spa was clean and beautiful, treatment rooms were very private and had lemongrass scent with faint rainwater music in the background. Overall super relaxing experience and a much needed therapy after a day full of shopping and exploring beautiful Bangkok.

If not, then you can try out Let’s Relax, they have many branches and within Pratunam, there are a few branches. The prices at Breeze are slightly higher than Let’s Relax but you do not need to leave Amari Watergate to go to the spa. It is also more personalised as they cater their spa sessions to your mood. It is true my travelling pattern has changed after the pandemic. I will try out hotels which I know but have never stayed at before. My first time at Amari Watergate and they have renovated some of their rooms during the pandemic. There is an outdoor swimming pool at Amari Watergate and it is lovely as it is free form with a surrounding garden. Somehow, this pool reminds me of the free form swimming pool in Hard Rock Hotel Penang. You cannot imagine that you are here when you know that you are staying in a hotel right in the middle of crowded Pratunam. Checkin was a little manic. Elevator is very interesting your room card is needed to gain access to your floor and you are unable to go to any other floor other than your room floor and service areas such as pool, restaurant. Our room was very comfortable with a view of the back streets which gave us an overview of every day life in the streets below. Pool area was great for just chilling happy hour was between 2 & 4pm daily and offered an assortment of cocktails, wine, beers and soft drinks also a good food menu was provided. Staff at the pool area were very friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic for those who love a bargain shop as well as high end shopping can be found in the near by shopping centres. There is a great choice of food also in the surrounding areas of the hotel a short walk in any direction food can be found. Breakfast was great a huge selection of food from around the world to please all. I got the executive club room which came with great benefits (booked directly with the hotel) and access to the club lounge. We spent lovely time in the lounge while enjoying the view. And again staff were good. And breakfast was splendid.. We had good choices. Rooms were fine- no complaints. I think the rooms do need some updating in terms of the ac control but nthg to spoil ur sleep or vacation. I didn have to call house keeping for anything much.. most of what I needed was alr in the room and they do make sure to visit the room for regular clean up even if you do not indicate you want the room to be made. This is a plus for me. Overall I would recommend this hotel to those who just want to pamper themselves a little or simple be in a great city location We had a wonderful comfortable stay here!
