I was greeted by extraordinary event at the lobby as Amari Don Muang Airport Hotel was having their anniversary, so there were balloons, mascots and people all over the lobby. Good thing about this event, you are welcome to enjoy their light refreshments such as non-alcoholic drink and a few cute pastries. When we got out of the car on the day of arrival, no one came out to help us with our luggage. It was the first time in Thailand that no one came out. No, it was the first time in any other country. So we gave up on the bellboy service and checked out the next day. When we moved our bags up the escalator, a person helped us that day, so we thanked him and gave him a tip. He was different from the person who worked the day before. The hotel looked old, but it seemed to be managed. There were disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, no soap, but there was hand wash foam. We spent about 30 minutes at the pool on the second floor, and it was quiet because there were two other groups besides us. The pool was 120cm shallow, 170cm in the middle, and 230cm deep, and there was a strip around the deeper part, so we made sure that our children played only in the shallow part. I didn't eat breakfast so I don't know, but there were a lot of restaurants like a night market at the hotel entrance. Bike taxis? There were a lot of motorcycles parked here. There's a 7-Eleven 5-10 minutes away, but I had to be more careful when crossing the street than other places. Cars and motorcycles kept coming.
