Love, love, love the view here! Absolutely stunning and peaceful — it’s the perfect place to just relax and do absolutely nothing. The whole hotel is very clean, beautifully maintained, and the breakfast was excellent great variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, I had a wonderful stay… except for one unexpected guest on my last night mr cockroach that seemed way too confident around humans! On the second night of staying on Libei Island, as someone who has been to many big and small islands in Thailand for 13 times, I chose to stay on Libei this time to truly enjoy the feeling of vacation 🏖, unlike other Thai islands (Samui, Phuket, Phi Phi...), Libei Island is very quiet 🤫, and the sea water 🌊 is super clear with Maldives blue 🌊 everywhere. Because it takes water, land, and air to get to the island, and you have to take all of them to arrive due to the complicated journey, there are no tour groups here, and basically, there are more European and American tourists. However, compared to other islands, there are very few tourists here. My friend and I only saw a few lonely tourists walking on the beach 🏖️, so the commercial activities here are not as rich as other islands, but everything that should be there is available, just not as much. Transportation - First fly ✈️ from domestic to Bangkok, then transfer and fly ✈️ to Hat Yai. After swimming in the evening, we ordered some seafood 🦞 and drank red wine 🍷 while watching the sunset 🌇 by the beach. It truly made me feel relaxed and like I was on vacation 🌞.
