I’ve been in Thailand for hundreds of time, but never been to its old capital city Ayutthaya. This time I took one day tour to this beautiful town. It’s took me only one and half hours from Bangkok to arrive to Ayutthaya. The tour guide brought us to four most famous places in the city. This places are hundreds of years old and have long history and famous in all world and recognised by UNESCO. I booked my trip here on trip.com and it was very convenient to book and price was cheaper then other service providers. Tour was included with simple lunch and transfer back to Bangkok. #timetotravel

Elephant Camp, an elephant riding spot in Ayutthaya It took about an hour and a half by chartered taxi from Bangkok. In Ayutthaya, you can ride an elephant at two places: Elephant Village and Elephant Camp. We rode an elephant along the roads around the ruins! I was surprised to see that we were moving along roads where cars were passing by! We didn't make a reservation, but we were able to ride right away. There are about 20 elephants? I think you won't have to wait long. It took about 15 minutes, but it was just right because it was quite shaky! They asked for a tip when they took a photo of us and at the end. We gave them 20 baht each, a total of 40 baht. It seemed like my kids had a lot of fun, so I'm glad we went!

riding the elephants in ayutthaya was a blast I have done it once 8 years ago but it’s brand new experience in my mind to do it all over again. you can also feed them as well.
