Saw a resort ahead & took the beach walk & gf swimmed her way and found Beyond Resort Cafe & Restaurant just by the beach access. We walked up, like we are the Hotel guest, sat & ordered Lunch. 😁😁. But Aiya La Ka (steamed seafood) 320 baht, the size and amount of food are reduced (compare the deliciousness with the picture in the review last year). 🚩4245 Krabi (Klong Dao Beach) Most of the restaurants on Koh Lanta are Western restaurants. The one I found was this southern restaurant. The food was so spicy that the owner warned me before ordering that spicy is spicy and you can't order it less spicy. 🔥 So I tried to order a menu that balanced the spiciness. The sour curry was really spicy. It made my stomach hurt. My favorite was the fried fish with fish sauce. The fish was very fresh. The morning glory was good. The crispy three-spice salad and the stewed pork were just so-so. 🚩79 Kongkha Road, Pak Nam, Mueang Krabi, Krabi (near Krabi Provincial Hall) I was super hungry this evening, but I still had time to find great restaurants from Wongnai. I scrolled down and found this restaurant. It was nearby, just a 5-minute drive. Let's go! A homely restaurant on the banks of the Krabi River, near a public park. People were jogging here and there. The weather was nice and not hot today. The restaurant was just right for a relaxing place to sit and relax. I ordered three dishes: sour curry with sea bass. The taste was good and rich, not too mushroomy. The fish was big and the bones were few, making it easy to eat and delicious. Stir-fried yellow leaves with eggs. This was just so-so. It looked like a bit of a round old leaf. Fried pork belly with fish sauce. This was good. It was crispy and soft, easy to chew, and had a nice salty taste. Let's just say it was good. The atmosphere was good and the food was good. It was just not good because it was expensive. The restaurant looked homely, but each dish was almost 200 baht. #songkran2024 My wife's friends called us along for a short trip to Krabi Thailand. Although it was a short trip, we had a great one as we got to enjoy the beautiful day, relaxing massages, delicious food etc. The highlight of our trip must be our accommodation. We stayed at Beyond Resort Krabi. We were greeted with the spectacular sea when we reached the lobby. We stayed at a villa near the beach the room was quite spacious.
