The hotel is located between Terminal 21 Asok and EmQuartier, two major shopping malls in Bangkok, and between Phrom Phong and Asok BTS stations. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room shocked my vision with the metropolitan atmosphere of Bangkok. The scenery is charming both during the day and at night. Highly recommended to friends who like to operate near the window. When I stayed there in mid-September, the price of an executive room was only over HKD700 per night. It feels like great value for money, and I believe that this price will never be found again when local tourism fully recovers.

When we checked-in the manager Khun Palm recognized us right away and made sure the room amenities are set up as I preferred from last visit. The concierge was really polite and helpful. The service at the lobby bar is also beyond expectation. When I tried the drink and it was too sweet, they noticed it right away and offer to redo and make me a new one. All the staff really pay attention to customers. I am really impressed. The room is really beautiful and spacious, what I like the most is the Japanese toilet. I will definitely come back to Carlton again when I visit Bangkok. Near a lot of massages and terminal 21 mall that has a great variety of shopping. Special mention to Mr Chang and Mr Art for being such a great host as well as all stuff at carlton hotel for making the checking in and out a breeze. This hotel is superior to others. The Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit certainly puts on a show in terms of architecture. Its undulating copper-finned façade and cascading curves are impossible to ignore. The handblown glass ornaments that spiral across eight levels will capture your attention inside the wide and beautiful foyer. It's meant to resemble a dragon, but a rather abstract one. There are many more magnificent works of art to be found. During my stay here it was such a very memorable one. The staffs here are so amazing plus the room I am in is so spacious that I can do some runs inside. If there is a traffic jam, take the underground MRT station and then walk for 5-6 minutes. If there is no traffic jam, you can go out of A6 and take a taxi. It is very convenient to go shopping at department stores at night. I think the service is also great. They used fresh roses and thoughtful cards to welcome guests. The view is really good, which is a plus. The fitness equipment on the 10th floor is very complete. It's a shame that the TV doesn't have any entertainment links, it would be great if they did. The hotel staff are very friendly. They will help you carry your luggage to your room upon check-in. You can decide whether to tip them or not, it doesn't matter. There is an urban legend in Thailand that if you leave a tip, they will fold it into some animal shapes. Thanks to Carlton, my dream of having an elephant was fulfilled 😂😂 I can only say that giving a little tip adds fun to the trip. The staff will also leave a note wishing you a wonderful holiday. Stayed at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit It was a fantastic stayed during my recent trip to usher the new year and the countdown party there! Centrally located with lots of food and activities around the vicinity. The pool was awesome, had my laps in the morning before venturing out. Fitness Centre fully equipped to work out on those muscles group. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Won’t starved as plenty of eateries around. Emsphere shopping mall is just 5mins walk away. Lots of restaurants to satisfied all cravings!! They even had a shop named Butter Bear which sold very tasty cookies and cute merchandise.
