While visiting recently, I already set a goal in mind to experience what the local would usually have and here are some that I really like to have again; 1) Fresh Juices; Thailand have the freshes juices I actually ever tried. The one that I had (sugarcane and mango) does not even need any extra flavour, mixture or sugar to make it taste better. 2) Mango Sticky Rice; I would never missed mango sticky rice while in Thailand. This time I tried the one with colourful rice. It’s actually taste the same (the colourful/ the white colour sticky rice) but the coconut milk tasted creamier and just enough sweetness on it that it pair well with the sticky rice and mango. 3) Grilled Seafood skewers; Thailand also a heaven for seafood. Mine was grilled above charcoal and was served with thai chili sauce (It’s sour, spicy and sweet sauce). My mouth watering when thinking of it again. 4) Curry Egg Noodle with Prawn; The flavour from the big prawn really taste well with the curry broth. It’s a bit spicy and I love that. 5) Silver Needle Noodle with pork; Super love the intestine and pork blood on my noodle. Love the freshing clear broth mixed with fats from the pork. Definitely recommend this!

Being first time in Thailand I would say my stay in the bangkok was great. people was so nice the place was fine. Visiting chinatown yaowarat when you are in bangkok is a must. First off you should come here earlier to avoid long queues for dinner. There is also likely to be a bad traffic jam if you are here too late. Visit the famous tze Char stores for a nice dinner and it is priced quite affordably even if you order large amount of seafood. after dinner you can walk along the streets to take a look at what they sell. There are also lots of street food stores so this could be your supper. Highly recommended to visit. It’s quite crowded though so do be careful of your personal belongings. Other than that, do soak in this fun atmosphere.

It's a really bustling place full of life, especially the nighttime. I went there quite early around 4PM and there was nothing much happen, just morning stores were trying to close for the day, and the evening food vendors start to begin their preparation for the night. I guess if you love to experience the whole process from the beginning you can go around that time but if you feel like it would be tiring to just walk from place to place, you just wanted to eat the street food than you should go around 7pm. #bangkoktrip We have been eyeing on this Grilled Squid vendor at Yaowarat Bangkok but always didn’t had the chance to try it due to the extremely long waiting time (approximately 1-3 hours). We finally manage to eat it this time round with only 5 minutes waiting time as we were early. The grilled squid was awesome, tender and very fresh. The chilli sauce was spicy enough too! Rating: 10/10, recommended to give it a try if there is not much queue! This particular grilled squid is located in Yaowarat, Chinatown near to the famous toasted bun store! #yaowaratbangkok #foodie

Yaowarat is Bangkok’s Chinatown and basically where you go to buy whatever you can think of and probably don’t need. There were seemingly endless lanes of stalls selling souvenirs and trinkets, textile fabrics, wigs, fresh fruit and street snacks, and there were some street musicians performing in the square. The glass doors with brown wooden frames attract everyone who walks by to look back. The interior of the shop focuses on bare concrete walls, books, picture frames, lamps, and a few other decorations. The shop has 2 floors, the 2nd floor is like a mezzanine with a mat floor. Another highlight of the shop is the use of Dripper equipment to brew coffee, allowing us to see the tea leaves and tea, which have different colors depending on each menu. The tea menu only has clear tea, which is pure tea without any mixture. There are both hot and cold options. The main ones are oolong teas such as Lishan Alpine Oolong, Tai Pei Ti Kuan Yin, Sun Moon Lake Ruby, Oriental Beauty Oolong, or beauty queen tea. 🍃 Since the shop is very new, there may be a bit of a wait, but I assure you that you will definitely get to taste good tea and also get to exchange knowledge with the shop. There is a museum on the 3rd floor which tells you the history of the golden Buddha, it costs 100 baht to enter the temple and 40baht to view the golden statue, the temple is a working temple so Respectful clothing is required. visitors must dress in a respectful manner. men must wear long pants and short-sleeved or long-sleeved shirts ,Women must wear skirts or pants at least to the knee, and also should not wear a top that reveals bare shoulders.you’ll need to take your shoes off when entering any structure in the temple.

The queue for this shop attracted me to check it out and this has to be the best Fishball Noodles in Chinatown, Bangkok. They serve delicious noodles, fried fish balls, shrimp dumpling, fried dumplings & fried taro etc. The serving is quite good too. Noodles are tangy & delicious. Pricing are very affordable. There is a table outside selling just the fried stuffs, which mainly locals will takeaway. There is always a queue. There are many awards photos and with celebrities on their wall, which shows they are famous & good. Their service is quite fast & efficient, which is very good.
