Save me almost $350 compared to flying direct as Bangkok airways own the airport letting them be the only sole airline operating from Bkk. Pretty touristy but found a more local night market “white market” with reasonable price. A tip for rental car is to get the staff to send the car to the landing port to start your journey right away !

It was fun. Then I rented a motorbike to travel around Koh Samui. The sun was very hot. I recommend bringing a hat to protect yourself from the sun. Then I rode a motorbike following the GPS to The rooftop Samui cafe. The way up to the cafe is quite dangerous. The way up is not so bad, but the way down is very scary. The food is delicious. The view is very good. I could see airplanes taking off and landing in the distance.
