Since we drove 🚗 and had quite a bit of luggage, we stayed in downtown Guilin. We spent 3 nights at this hotel near the pedestrian street and were very satisfied overall 😀 First, the location is excellent - it's right at the entrance of Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, very prominent and easy to find. Second, the East-West Lane is just across the street, only a 2-minute walk through the underground passage. Jingjiang Prince's Palace, Xiaoyao Tower, Sun and Moon Pagodas, and Elephant Trunk Hill are all nearby - we walked to all of them. My child didn't complain about being tired at all. Binjiang Road 🌳 is truly beautiful and full of life. We booked a family room with 2 beds - one regular king-size bed and one castle-style bunk bed. Guilin is so beautiful. I really realized that Guilin's landscape is the best in the world. Duxiu Peak, Jingjiang Palace, East and West Lane are all together... It’s a 5️⃣-minute walk to Jingjiang Princes' City, a 1️⃣-minute walk through the underground passage to East-West Alley, and a 1️⃣0-minute walk along Zhengyang Food Street to Elephant Trunk Hill, passing by the Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas on the way!
