Fresh Chiang Mai Udon noodles, soft and chewy, noodle lovers will definitely love it!
What to do in Chiang Mai? Let's go eat Japanese food, mom! 😆 This is another restaurant that we love. Japanese food lovers
Noodle lovers must not miss!
📍 Gin Udon is located in downtown Chiang Mai, Chang Klan area. It is quite a popular restaurant. We went when the restaurant opened.
There were already a lot of customers waiting to get in.
It was also lunch time.
If you come a little later, you will have to wait in line.
⭐️ The recommended menu is Creamy Mentaiko Udon (the menu in the cover photo). The noodles are good, soft and chewy. The highlight is the well-balanced flavor. For us, it is not greasy. Many reviews said it was not. At first, I secretly thought that
it would be a little greasy, but everything was well-balanced. It was fragrant and rich.
My boyfriend ate the beef udon. It was fragrant and sweet. The meat was soft and delicious. It tasted like eating udon in Japan, both in taste and appearance. My boyfriend said that the tempura menu looked very delicious, but I couldn't eat it.
Because before this restaurant, we visited another restaurant. I felt sorry that they fried it right in front of us because we were sitting at the bar table. 🤤 So I secretly watched them fry and cook the whole time. It was fun.
For anyone who is going to visit Chiang Mai Save it and try it when you have a chance. Highly recommended 🥰📍Gin Udon 🗣️ It's not a big shop. There are less than 10 tables in front of the shop. We will see how udon noodles are made. In addition to the noodle menu, there are also tempura, fried food, and onigiri rice balls. In case anyone doesn't like noodles but wants to bring someone who does^^
🛻 There is a parking lot in the area opposite Duangkamol Bookstore, about 200 meters past the shop.⏳ Open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
