I went to Bangkok during Golden Week. Thai people seem to love Doraemon, so much so that even convenience stores sell Doraemon goods. This time, the Doraemon exhibition was held at Iconsiam, probably the most luxurious shopping mall in Thailand! After crossing the Chao Phraya River by boat, there were many cute Doraemons in the ground area right at the pier! There were many life-size models of Doraemon used in past movies, and they were very cute. There is also a Doraemon exhibition and special shops on the 6th floor, so please be sure to visit. It is being held until June 22nd. Tickets for the day were on sale on both the ground and 6th floors. It seems that you can also make reservations on various websites. For dinner, I had ramen at Ippudo on the 6th floor, which was delicious. There are also many souvenir shops in Terminal 21, so my suitcase was full. You can buy a lot at the supermarket in the basement, and the teppanyaki restaurants were also delicious. If you walk north from Chit Lom Station, you will find Platinum Fashion Mall, which sells a lot of cheap clothes, so I also recommend it. Bangkok is famous for its nightlife, but there is also plenty of shopping and events, which is what I enjoy most!

Let’s relax is one of my favourite spa they have many locations I liked that the hotel I stayed at also had a branch so I didn’t have to go far 🚇 Transportation: we mainly used the train system. Keep in mind they have two different trains so plan accordingly. And we tested out grab twice it’s like their version of uber. Was too afraid to take a tuk tuk it looked really fast. 🍜 Local Cuisine: Boat noodles, Hainan Chicken Rice, mango sticky rice at terminal 21 food court (you need to top a cash card to pay, remember to get your money back when you leave) super affordable way to try local cuisine Pad Thai, crispy Thai pork, Thai milk tea 🧋(I prefer half sweet) 🏠 Accommodation 1.Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 Tips: DO NOT GO TO THAITHAI SPA It’s a tourist trap.
