This year, our family chose to stay at the Hilton in Zhuhai for 3 days and 2 nights and have our winter solstice dinner at Jingwan Chinese Restaurant. We contacted the restaurant in advance via email to inquire about the menu. Manager Fanny responded very efficiently and professionally, arranging a menu for 11 people (9 adults and 2 children). She was very accommodating and friendly in handling all our requests for modifications. The restaurant has many luxurious private rooms, and our room was even more spacious and comfortable than we expected. The staff were courteous and attentive. Every dish was exquisite, and the high-quality ingredients of the Michelin-starred restaurant exceeded our expectations. The spotted grouper was incredibly fresh, the crab with rose vinegar sauce was full of flavor, the crispy pigeon was juicy and sweet, the sweet and sour pork was crispy, and the osmanthus chicken was fragrant and tender. Every dish was delicious, and our whole family enjoyed the meal immensely. We will definitely stay at the hotel again and recommend the restaurant to our friends for a taste of their delicious food.

Standing in front of the window, you can enjoy the panoramic view of Macau and the scenery of the Shizimen Waterway. It is close to Christmas, and every dessert and snack in the store is exquisite, full of festive atmosphere. Toasting and drinking here, looking into the distance, the body and mind are particularly relaxed and comfortable. I can't help but imagine that when the weather warms up, the outdoor space will definitely bring a more wonderful visual enjoyment. This time I stayed in an executive Macau view king room, and the hotel changed the welcome gift to the first round of minibar for free. Although it is the same as the lounge supplies, it is also a special arrangement. Speaking of service, there is indeed a lot of room for improvement. From the front desk to the duty manager, there are still deficiencies in professional services and providing effective help to guests. Sometimes the concierge and doorman at the door fail to greet guests in time and enthusiastically. The level of breakfast and executive lounge fluctuates slightly, and the freshness of the ingredients is not good. What is a little surprising is that some hardware facilities in the hotel, which has only been open for a year, are not available. However, the views of the hotel rooms, swimming pool and executive lounge are really outstanding, and the night views of Zhuhai and Macau are dazzling and charming. It's just that I personally don't like the layout and decoration style of the room, which is a bit like a homestay. It is worth mentioning that this time I experienced the turndown service and butler service, which is undoubtedly a manifestation of the hotel's active improvement of service quality. Overall, for Hilton Gold Card members, if you have a Gold Card from another group, Marriott, InterContinental or Hyatt are also good choices. If there is no other group of high cards, the DT hotel in Hengqin may be better in quality and can bring guests a better check-in experience.

In the evening, go to the panoramic rooftop bar on the 28th floor and enjoy the view of Macau from the hidden entrance. It's so comfortable, and the fatigue of work disappears instantly.
