Perhaps this is why the Silom area has always been popular with tourists? This time we stayed at Holiday Inn Express Sathorn, a sub-brand of IHG Group's Holiday Inn, in the Silom district. Holiday Inn Express has many hotels in Bangkok, and this Holiday Inn Express Sathorn is probably the most convenient one among them. It is located just off BTS Chong Nonsi Station, and is a two-minute walk from the alley of 7-11. There are 7-11 and BTS Chong Nonsi within these two minutes. There is also a Superrich money changer and McDonald's nearby, so it is very convenient for daily living. There is a comfortable rest area outside the hotel, with luggage carts and umbrellas for guests to borrow, and the service is considerate. The main entrance of the hotel is a giant glass curtain door, which lets in natural light and makes the lobby very bright. It looks simple and comfortable. I had not much time to plan and make arrangements for my accommodation as I had to make last minute adjustments and due to the holidays at home and the upcoming busy Bangkok Songkran week, I had to come up with smart choice and I decided to stay in Holiday Inn Express Silom as a last minute booking before I take my real staycation in Athenee. The rooms are a bit small, but good enough to have a peaceful sleep after a whole day exploring the city and a night out at Silom Soi 4. If you like spicy ramen, this is a perfect place for you. It's only a minute walk from a skytrain station in Sathon area of Bangkok . Address - Opposite Holiday Inn Express Hotel Sathon / BTS Chong Nonsi Station Ambiance/Facilities - Cozy ramen shop on the second floor of a building. It's easy to recognize because it's facing an alley. Highlights - They serve different kinds of ramen and Japanese food here. You can switch noodles or add toppings to your ramen. I personally recommend Mala Ramen. It's a bit spicy but very tasty! I've come here many times and tried many types of ramen, but I love Mala Ramen the most. Avg. The hotel lobby is not big, and the room has 2 single beds and not much space, but the room is enough, and the glass windows are large, so there is enough light. The room rate includes breakfast🥣, but there are really many people eating breakfast in the restaurant🥣, so I waited for a while before I got a seat. The food and drinks are good, and the taste is good☺️, but there are really many people eating breakfast in the restaurant🍴, so I have to prepare enough time. The bed in the room is comfortable enough, making people sleep 💤 very comfortably. The shower 🚿room is not very big, but it is more than enough. The hotel has a Gym room, laundry room with breakfast but no swimming pool. Transit a night or two can, stay longer D is more boring. The overall space of the hotel is spacious and comfortable, the design style is lively, the reception hall, each floor corridor, there are cartoon forms of life in Bangkok, bright colors make the hall become more vibrant, design ok. Price per person ~ less than hkd400 including breakfast Rating ~ 10/10, because they booked the car out of the problem, not the responsibility of the store but the employees were willing to help to help me then called a taxi with the meter, really good. There is a Bank of China nearby. The Bank of China ATM card can be used at ATM to save the b220 fee. Another OL market (10am-3pm) only open on weekdays, lots of cooked food and snacks are very cheap. There are people who like to buy groceries. I'm shopping for groceries again!
