The enchanting greenery is what attracts tourists to visit all the time. ⛵️ On this trip, we traveled from Bangkok to Surat Thani by Thai train. Get off at Surat Thani Station and travel to the bus station by motorcycle taxi. From there, there will be a van passing by Khao Sok. The van will stop at the entrance. We have to take a songthaew to the pier. The cost is 50 baht/person. After that, we rented a boat to cruise and see the beauty and pick up and drop off to the raft that we booked. 🛖 Our accommodation is Pa Uthayan. The price of the accommodation includes 3 meals. From Surat Thani Airport you can take an airport shuttle to Surat Thani downtown - 100 baht, From Surat Thani downtown take a van going to Khao Sok junction - 200 baht. Rafting at Khao Sok is very chill. The view is very good. The mountains in the south are tall and steep, different from those in the central or northern regions, making the view we see while rafting look more special than anywhere else. The rafting here takes about 1.30-2.00 hours, depending on the strength of the water, the strength of the rafting, and the time spent up to the hut to have coffee. Along the way, there will be stops for coffee, tea, and bamboo straws. It feels like the aroma of firewood, very natural. I like it very much. Khao Sok National Park is one of the most beautiful places in Thailand! It is not the easiest of places to get - you can either get a flight or train to Surat and then take a taxi to a guesthouse. We stayed in a lodge that had a lot of wildlife around, such as monkeys, which were cute but animals to be aware of! We then took an organised tour out onto the lake to stay there overnight. We didn’t have phone signal whilst there but the lake was beautiful and there was the chance to do sunrise and sunset tours! A magical place.  Full of natural beauty.  Most relaxation place.  I enjoyed every moment of it.  Surely I will visit again, and again in the future.

Ratchaprapha Water Island is part of the Khao Sok National Park. In the early morning, the fog is far away, and the distant peaks are looming in the fog. Occasionally, a bird screams through the quiet lake. The area is very large, and the road has been traveled for almost half a day to enjoy the scenery. Ratchaprapa is so famous, because the beauty here is very similar to Guilin in Guangxi, China. When the sun is rising, there are many hills on the lake. It is reflected in the clear lake. A natural landscape painting. Ratchaprapha, which is known as the small Guilin of China. The scenery of the lake and the mountains is deeply intoxicated by our peers. When the sunrise shines on the peak of the lake, the clear lake is strange. Rock formations, golden daylight, here is the picture of poetry and distance in our imagination.
