This is at the 'Laoshanjie Longtan River Scenic Area' at the foot of Mao'er Mountain in Xing'an County, Guilin. It takes over an hour of mountain driving from Xing'an County to get here! The scenic area ticket is 40 yuan if you report the name of your homestay! There are several pools in the scenic area where you can play in the water. The 'Longmen Shikan jelly-like water' requires a secondary consumption to enter! (Snorkeling 50 yuan, paddle boarding 150 yuan for two, free diving 120 yuan) It's a bit expensive, but to be honest, taking photos there is absolutely stunning.
