[2025 Koh Lipe Stay] Travel Guide for Mountain Resort Koh Lipe (Updated Mar)

#Beachfront accommodation Mountain Resort Maldives Thailand, Satun Province, is open for the high season. You must come and experience the crystal clear water at Koh Lipe, an island located south of Koh Adang. It is a paradise in the southern sea that is very beautiful with white sandy beaches, blue sea water and beautiful nature under the sea. This is our second time traveling to Lipe. We stayed at Mountain Resort, a beachfront accommodation on Koh Lipe with a view of the green mountains contrasting with the blue water. In front is Sunset Beach. You can swim, kayak, snorkel, and relax at Symbolic Beach & Ba. There are beach beds to sit and enjoy the view of the blue sea and watch the sunset in the evening. It is very beautiful. Mountain Resort has packages and rooms to choose from. We stayed in the OCEAN POOL VILLA room with a private pool. The bedroom is very spacious. There is a balcony extending to the sea. It is a beautiful top view. There is a buffet breakfast with both Thai and international food. I would like you to try to experience Koh Lipe at least once. There are many ways to travel: train, bus, or plane (I recommend the earliest flight). We took a plane to Hat Yai and traveled to Pak Bara Pier by Sea Sky Lipe Travel van. It took about 1:30 hours to arrive at Pak Bara Pier and took a large speedboat with Taweesub Speedboat to Koh Lipe. It took 1:30 hours to arrive at Pattaya Beach, Koh Lipe Pier. Upon arrival at the island, staff from Mountain Resort were waiting to welcome us and took us to our accommodation. We booked a PACKAGE of 4 Days 3 Nights, which was very convenient. We booked everything in one place. - Van to/from Hat Yai Airport or Hat Yai City – Pak Bara Pier (JOIN) - Round-trip SPEED BOAT tickets from Pak Bara Pier to Lipe (JOIN) - Shuttle service from Lipe Pier to Lipe Resort - MOUNTAIN RESORT room - Private tour guide - Long-tail boat for snorkeling (PRIVATE) - Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) - Shuttle service from Lipe Pier to Lipe Resort - Accident insurance :

The hotel is located on a small hill which you can use some steps to reach the great beach. The Walking Street where can be accepted as the center of the island is just 10 minutes away on foot. They also provide a very frequent shuttle service from 6 pm to 10 pm. The turquise sea view is amazing from most of the rooms. You can enjoy the white sand beach all day with refreshing drinks from Symbolic Cafe. Staff is always polite and helpful. Open buffet breakfast includes enough variety of food. We find the prices reasonable for such a nice place to stay. Highly recommended. Last but not least, the sea view is splendid from the breakfast places.

There are various room types here, so whether you are a family, a couple, or a group of three, you can stay there. If you go out, you will get a view of the northern beach and the sunset as a bonus. It is also great for snorkeling.
