Pha Khao Banthat Thong
Today, we came to eat at Pa Khao, Banthat Thong branch. We waited for King Fu for a very long time, 2.20 hours, very long. We went to get a queue number since 7:30 PM and were able to enter the restaurant at 10:30 PM. The management is still a bit strange because there were 5 of us, but the restaurant ran the queue. 2 people came very quickly, 4 people, and then 5-6 people. They said that there were few tables, only 3 tables, and we had to wait to leave. Only these 3 tables made it very slow for the people who came in a large group to get their queue numbers, even though almost every table can be arranged together or separated. However, the 2 people who ran the queue came in first. We saw some people who came after us but had already left the restaurant a long time ago. We still didn't get it.
The food tastes good, but it's not worth the wait.
The grilled picanha beef tastes good and is soft and just right.
The grilled sirloin steak is very tough.
The grilled sous vide beef tongue is soft and well-made, plus the egg dipping sauce and homemade chili paste, it goes very well together.
The mangosteen salad with selected strawberries tastes good.
The papaya salad tastes delicious, but every menu is a bit salty.
The spicy instant noodles with minced pork and shrimp eggs is just right, easy to eat.
Overall, it's good if you don't have to wait this long.
I would like the shop to manage the queue management more fairly.
