Trip to sleep at a homestay at Ban Ja Bo
If anyone is looking for a place to chill in Mae Hong Son, "Ban Ja Bo" is another place you shouldn't miss. Today, we will stay overnight at a homestay to fully enjoy the atmosphere. There are many types of homestays here. There were 4 of us, so we chose "Ban Rattana Homestay" for 1,800 baht with dinner (local food). I must say that homestay accommodation is not as luxurious as a hotel. It's a mattress, mosquito net, and a fan for use in the evening. The bathroom is a dipper. But what makes it special is that it's peaceful and natural. At night, you can see stars all over the sky. The air is cool. In the morning, you'll wake up to a sea of fog greeting you in front of your house. There's a noodle shop nearby where you can dangle your legs. If you visit Ban Ja Bo, you have to come and eat here. I'm telling you, it's worth it. You have to stay overnight here.

"The Mystical Depths: from Darkness to Serenity"
Pai, Thailand is a hidden gem that offers breathtaking natural beauty and unique cultural experiences. One of the must-visit attractions in Pai is Tham Lod, a fascinating cave system that will leave you in awe. As you explore the caverns, stalactites, and stalagmites, you'll feel like an adventurer unraveling the secrets of the underground world.
Another highlight of Pai is Mok Fa Waterfall, a tranquil oasis nestled amidst lush greenery. The cascading waters and picturesque surroundings create a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation.
To get around Pai, renting a scooter is highly recommended. The winding roads and scenic landscapes make for an exhilarating ride. If you're not comfortable with riding a scooter, you can hire a tuk-tuk or songthaew (shared taxi) to explore the area.
For transportation to Tham Lod, it's best to hire a local guide who can provide insights about the cave and ensure your safety. Similarly, for Mok Fa Waterfall, you can hire a driver or join a tour that includes transportation to and from the waterfall.
Pai's natural wonders and the warm hospitality of its people make it a destination that should not be missed.

Feel the cool breeze and nature at Ban Cha Bo
#WinterTravel #ChineseNewYear2023 #tripmission
A winter challenge trip, traveling to Mae Hong Son Province, heading to Ban Ja Bo.
We chose to stay in a tent with Ban Ja Tho Tent Design, located on the left, the first house at the entrance to the village. We got a view of the sea of fog in the morning, overlooking Ban Ja Bo.
Across from it is a famous hanging leg noodle shop, where we ate in the morning. We enjoyed the view of the fog and the cool air.
I recommend fellow travelers to try sleeping in a tent, experiencing the cool air, and watching the morning fog at Ban Ja Bo.
Guaytiew Chom Cafe With Mountainous Views
When you are hiking in the mountains of Ban Jabo, do remember to stop by in one of the cafes. But of course there are 2/3 coffee houses here, and the recommendation is to head to the Guaytiew Chom Cafe or also called the Noodle Soup House Ban Jabo. You won't miss this as it is the Cafe with the more crowded people enjoying a good cup of coffee and a hot bowl of soup while hanging their feet over their seat and enjoying the view of the sunrise and also the unblock view of the mountains here.
You don't need to worry about price here, as its relatively cheap, less than $2 for a bowl of soup and plus with the amazing, what more can you ask for!

Dekdoi Coffee Shop, Ban Cha Bo
Another landmark of Ban Ja Bo is the Dek Doi Coffee Shop. The owner's name is Phi Chon. He's very kind, a million Kais, 555555. He's super friendly. The coffee tastes extraordinary. At that time, I hadn't even gotten into the coffee industry yet, so I drank tea. I liked it. It was very delicious. And most importantly, the price was in the hundreds, but the view was in the millions. The atmosphere offered a view of the mountains and the sea of fog. After eating savory food, you need something sweet to cleanse your palate. You have to stop by this shop. #VisitMaeHongSon #VisitBanJaBo #DekDoiCoffee
Sunset viewpoint
Kikokor Viewpoint, Ban Huai Hia 🏠 I must say that the view here is very beautiful.
This is a sunset viewpoint that is very beautiful. Come in the same way as Ban Ja Bo, but go up another 10 kilometers. The journey is not difficult. The road is good all the way. There are restaurants and drinks for sale. There is also a tent area, but you have to book in advance.

Dangling leg noodles, Ban Cha Bo, Mae Hong Son Province
The hanging leg noodle shop, Ban Ja Bo, is another popular place that everyone who visits Mae Hong Son will come to take pictures, check in, and try the delicious noodles. The highlight is sitting with your legs dangling, eating noodles for ten baht, enjoying the view for hundreds baht, surrounded by mountains and lush nature. This shop is located on the side of the road at the Ban Ja Bo viewpoint. If you travel to Mae Hong Son city, pin your GPS and come here. You won't get lost for sure.
The recommended menu that everyone must order is the pork noodle soup and clear soup pork noodle soup. There are pork rinds, fried dumplings, and other snacks. Or if you want to use this place to stop and rest, there is also tea and coffee available.

Ban Cha Bo, a small village in the middle of a valley, Mae Hong Son
#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck
⛰️Today we will introduce another popular tourist destination in Mae Hong Son. This place is called "Cha Bo Village". This is a Lahu village. It is a small village hidden in the middle of a valley. The journey requires thousands of curves and winding roads before reaching here. However, it is a destination that many people must visit at least once.
⛰️Mae Hong Son is nicknamed the City of Three Mists. Many fog hunters have gone through many curves to get here. Visiting Cha Bo Village is like staying in a homestay. It is a simple house without many amenities. It feels like visiting a friend's house. There is water and electricity, but it is not too difficult.
⛰️The homestay is located on the edge of the hill and faces the view. The balcony is open so that guests can experience the view of the forest in front of them. The atmosphere in the village is quiet, peaceful, friendly. The people are friendly and there are many cats. The cats are very friendly too. It can be said that this village combines the traditional way of life of the villagers with tourism very well.

A great adventure in a cave with just one lantern! Namrot Cave 🇹🇭 Thailand
Pai, Thailand is very popular right now 🇹🇭
If you're in Pai, you should definitely visit Nam Roth Cave.
It's called Lod Cave locally and is located about 2 hours north of Pai 🚌
I signed up for a local tour.
There was one restroom break on the way to the cave, and the scenery there was beautiful with lots of greenery!
There are also many winding roads, so motion sickness medicine is a must!
Now, at Nam Roth Cave,
each group is made up of 3 people.
I was participating alone,
so I was joined by the people on the same tour 🤍
The price of the cave varies depending on how far you go.
We chose the longest one at 600 THB and split it between the three of us. (💰Price per person: =200THB)
One guide will be assigned to each group, and will guide you through the pitch black cave with a single lantern✨
The inside of the cave is like a limestone cave, and the naturally formed Tower of Babel was impressive (6th photo)
Exploring on a raft was also an exciting experience here!
The fresh mango juice after exploring the cave was also great🍹💞

Banjabo sunrise cliff noodles
I went to see the sunrise, but there was no sunrise.
This is another fun thing about traveling in the rainy season. But I went there with a feeling that I wouldn't be able to see it, so I wasn't too disappointed. Fortunately, the cliff noodle restaurant was open, so I was able to try it. It's quite cold in the morning, so isn't warm noodles a foolproof combination?
I briefly thought it would be good to sell Korean-style banquet noodles.

A very special trip
We traveled by motorbike, driving through the valleys on the Chiang Mai-Samoeng route. It wasn't easy, but it was fun and challenging. Our destination was to stay for 2 nights in Pai. But that wasn't the end of our challenge. The next station was Ban Ja Bo, surrounded by valleys and beautiful views, delicious local food, and finally we conquered it. 💞Reason for recommendation: I hope this trip will be another inspiration for you on your next trip.
A special journey to end the old year 2024
We traveled by motorcycle, cutting through the valley, the Chiang Mai-Samoeng route, of course, without chaos and traffic jams. We traveled on December 29, 2024. We stayed overnight in Pai for 1 night and then continued on to Tham Nam Lod. I must say that it was wow. From going to see the stalactites and stalagmites in the cave, it was amazing. With what nature has created for us Along with stories worth exploring and studying to decorate as knowledge But ... you should bring a mask with you and rubber gloves. Because the Phi Man Cave path If in the end ... is full of bat and bird droppings, including very steep stairs But we can't touch the handrails because there will be bloodsuckers mixed with bird droppings. Stick to our hands that touch the handrail It will be very difficult to walk on steep stairs without touching the handrail If you don't have strong leg muscles and good balance So I have recommended something useful to you and What are you waiting for? .. 🤜
💞Reason for recommendation: To make your every trip comfortable and experience a valuable holiday for you You should be well prepared. And go out and find good experiences together.
The most romantic winter noodle shop
#New Year's Destination
Dangling Noodles, Ban Ja Bo, Mae Hong Son, the most romantic winter noodle shop. Go during the New Year's winter, the weather is cool and awesome.
The best view of the hanging noodle shop, a 360-degree natural view as far as the eye can see, and there is a sea of fog running through the shop. The atmosphere is awesome. The noodles are delicious, the soup is tasty, not expensive, and there is a cafe with both hot and cold drinks. I recommend staying at a homestay here because in the morning you will wake up to see the sea of fog and the sunrise.

Stalactite caves in Pai, northern Thailand
Pai, Thailand, is a small town located north of Chiang Mai, known for its laid-back atmosphere and natural landscapes. In this area, stalactite caves are one of the popular natural attractions for tourists, among which **Tham Lod Cave** is one of the most famous stalactite caves.
Introduction to Lok Cave
Located in the northeast of Pai County, about 40 kilometers by car from Pai County, Lok Cave is a huge limestone cave system with spectacular stalactites and stalagmites, formed by thousands of years of water erosion and sedimentation.
Cave Features
1. Spectacular stalactites and stalagmites
The cave is filled with stalactites and stalagmites of various shapes, some of which form natural pillars, like an underground palace.
2. Cave Structure
Lo Cave is divided into three main areas:
Part I: Where light can reach, there are strange rock structures formed naturally.
The second part: You must take a bamboo raft to enter, because there is a river winding through the cave, and the stalactites are reflected on the water surface, creating a dreamy scenery.
Part 3: The deeper caves have more delicate stalactite structures and require a flashlight for exploration.
3. Prehistoric cultural relics
Prehistoric human bones and pottery have been found in the cave, indicating that this was once a place where ancient people lived or moved around.
4. Bat Habitat
The cave is also a habitat for bats and swallows. Every day at sunset, thousands of bats fly out of the cave, creating a spectacular sight.
Tour Information
Transportation: It takes about 1-1.5 hours to get to Lodong by chartering a car or renting a motorcycle from Pai County.
Tickets and guides: You need to pay a ticket to enter the cave and hire a local guide (experienced villagers usually provide interpretation services).
Best time: It is recommended to go in the morning to avoid the large number of tourists in the afternoon.
Lok Cave is not only a paradise for geology enthusiasts, but also a unique experience to explore the nature and culture of Pai County.
