[Hyogo/Tachibana] A popular Korean restaurant that is booked up to six months in advance
🥢Korean Cuisine Busan
📍Tachibana, Hyogo (5 mins walk from Tachibana Station)
I made a reservation 6 months ago and finally made it!
This time I ordered
・Chijimi
・Japchae
・Bulgogi
・Abalone Porridge
・Nakkopsae
・Soondubu Jjigae
️📝
Even before the meal started, I was surprised by the number of banchan (side dishes) lined up on the table👀
There were about 30 kinds, including kimchi and namul.
The lineup was so good that it made me want to eat more rice💗
The first chijimi I had was crispy and filled with fragrant potatoes.
The thinly baked dough was light and delicious, making you want to eat more and more💕
The japchae was full of chewy glass noodles and a perfect sweet and spicy seasoning✨️
It was so much that even if two people shared it, it was a happy scream☺️
The nakgobse was a luxurious hotpot filled with lots of horumon, shrimp, and octopus.
The seafood flavor was well infused into the vegetables, and you couldn't stop eating it.
The sundubu jjigae was full of soft oysters and had a rich, gentle spiciness🔥
It was a comforting taste that warmed the body in an instant.
The bulgogi was served piping hot and the sweet and spicy sauce was well infused.
We had it with perilla leaves and other things🥰
The abalone porridge for the final dish had a soft and gentle texture, and the flavor of the broth spread gradually.
The texture of the abalone was also good, making it the perfect dish to finish off the meal! The restaurant had a homey atmosphere, and I felt at ease, as if I was visiting a relative's house☺️
It was a space where I could relax and forget about time.
All the menu items were quite filling.
This time, we didn't drink alcohol, but just had two cups of corn tea, which came to about 10,000 yen per person🙆♀️
The amount we ordered for two people seemed quite large, so the staff kindly said to us, "Isn't that a lot? Please take it home."💗
We took home the leftover food in a pack.
We enjoyed it the next day🙏
Next time, I'd like to enjoy some alcohol as well.
If I can get a reservation, I'd definitely like to visit again☺️
