Red Seafood @Mae Klong - The old shop
Looking for food not far from Bangkok or traveling back from the South, I have to stop by Samut Songkhram, Mae Klong-Don Hoi Lot area every time to eat at “Daeng Seafood” restaurant. This area has 2 restaurants!
1.Daeng Seafood - Departing from Bangkok, heading to Hua Hin
2.Daeng Seafood - Inbound to Bangkok (Wooden House)
Both restaurants are equally delicious, but I like the restaurant inbound to Bangkok more because it tastes better and the desserts next to the restaurant are very good, such as Khanom Tom, Kalamae with betel leaf, etc.
The restaurant that we like is Jay Eed and Jay Tip, whose younger sister is the head chef. This restaurant is an old restaurant that has been open for 40 years. Recommended dishes are very large sea crabs steamed fresh, fried shrimp with tamarind sauce, satay mackerel, crab fried rice, squid stir-fried with garlic, and don't miss! Sour curry with pickled bamboo shoots and sea crab meat.
Location: Daeng Seafood (the old shop) is on the Mae Klong side, inbound to Bangkok, at Druna School. (A wooden house)
