Praew Homestay Amphawa
Good accommodation, free reviews
The other day we went to a wedding of a colleague in Amphawa. I was so busy with work that I didn't have time, so I searched on Facebook and used the word "Amphawa accommodation" and found a Nordic-style homestay in the middle of a fruit orchard. We decided to book via IB. The owner of the accommodation responded very well. At first, they said there was no breakfast, but when we got there, no breakfast = there was food for every meal. Haha
Phi Tum, the owner of the accommodation, was standing in front of the house to welcome us. After taking us to the accommodation, he recommended nearby tourist attractions and invited us to go to a nearby temple. Unfortunately, I had an online exam at that time, so I couldn't go. He suggested ordering food from a delivery app. Less than an hour later, he brought the pomelo that he had hung in front of the house and wished us a good exam. After about an hour, I got a call but I didn't pick up because I was taking an exam. After a while, the same Phi Tum brought a lunch box. Oh my! Didn't you say there was no food? I felt so bad. After a while, I was afraid that I would be hungry late at night because I saw that I had an exam, so he brought me a set of snacks and instant noodles.
The surrounding atmosphere is very good. There are fruit trees all around and a small canal dug up and covered with a small wooden bridge so you can cross it and walk around the garden. Even though the sun was a bit cool, it wasn't hot at all because there was mist spray all around the accommodation, perfect for relaxing.
In the morning, we woke up early. It wasn't because we were afraid of not making it to the event on time, but because we didn't want to miss the morning air in the garden like this. We had come all the way to Samut Songkhram, so we had to take in the morning atmosphere and really enjoyed the fresh air. Before going to the event, the owner of the accommodation brought us some chicken rice and coconut pancakes. Hey! Didn't you say you wouldn't be late? 😆 In conclusion, dinner, snacks, and breakfast were included. Awesome!
When we left, Phi Tum offered to drive us to the event. We glanced over and saw a police uniform in the car. We were shocked. A policeman! We were told that Phi Tum and his girlfriend were police officers and used the house in the garden, which was his wife's land, as a homestay. We were lucky that we booked on Saturday. He only accepts customers on public holidays. He likes to entertain customers by taking them here and there. If his girlfriend comes back, we will also get breakfast.
After talking for a while, he took us to a house for an event. After waving goodbye, we found out that we were at the wrong event! Screamed so much. That day was an auspicious day, not just one wedding. But luckily, Phi Tum came back just in time and took me to get in the car to find a wedding until I found it. Thank you very much. I was so embarrassed, so embarrassed. But I was lucky to find a good place to stay and the service was the best. So I would like to recommend it to anyone who goes to Amphawa. Try to stay there. Book during the holidays so you can meet the owner of the place and get service from Phi like this. #PraewHomestayAmphawa #AmphawaHomestay #Amphawa #SamutSongkhram
