If you're visiting Bangkok and you love shopping, Siam Paragon is a must-see destination. Security checks at the mall have become stricter than before, with staff stationed at multiple points. Siam Paragon remains a go-to meeting place for city dwellers and young people, thanks to its convenient location right next to the BTS. 🚆: BTS Siam Station

Let me tell you, they turned out gorgeous, like something straight out of Pinterest. • The photos were taken around 4 PM, which is a great time, but be cautious of the red light from the Lido screen. It's better to register for Grab in your home country because it requires a verification code, which might be hard to receive in Bangkok (I couldn't receive the verification code at all in Bangkok, luckily Fei had completed the registration beforehand, otherwise it would have been 'embarrassing'). Grab has a good response time for calling a ride (including motorcycles), and the prices are fixed. If you're worried about credit card fraud, you can ask the driver to accept cash, and they won't refuse, but try to prepare small change to avoid issues with change. Tuk-tuk: The local app is called Muvimi, which prevents you from being overcharged, but you can't call a tuk-tuk from another district, and you can't withdraw money after topping up, which is a bit inconvenient. ✓Book hotel + flight (prepare electronic itinerary) The airline staff said that customs might ask about it when entering the country. If you have a round-trip ticket, 10,000 Thai Baht is enough; if you don't have a return ticket, you need 20,000 Thai Baht (they just want you to spend money). In reality, when entering through Don Mueang, they didn't ask anything, it was all electronic scanning and fingerprinting.

#winhkflight 📍Kubkao Kubpla Siam Paragon We were lucky enough to have lunch at this restaurant in Siam Paragon without having to queue. The queue was crazy long when we finished our meal! The store is easily spotted and strategically located at the lower ground, with other restaurants and food court. The environment of the restaurant was kind of loud and with bustling vibes. The food we had was good! Love the fried pork belly with garlic, flavourful and juicy, well cooked and served with crispy skin!Tomyum soup on the other hand was great, soup base was creamy and fragrant, with the right amount of spice! They have a few more outlets in Bangkok city, worth a visit! I wish to travel to Hong Kong for the food!

The queue was kind of long but it was a fast moving one. This famous Thai tea store is located at the lower floor of Siam Paragon, quite easy to navigate. Love the unique design of the store, curvy and covered in wooden ad gold hue. And apparently this Thai tea store is popular among tourists and the locals, as quite a lot of locals brought their laptop to work here! Quite limited space available in store, might want to grab the tea for to go. We ordered Thai tea and black tea, with less sugar. The tea was decent and smooth, a little bit diluted for my liking, but totally worth a try. I wish to travel to Hong Kong for the food!

It's a huuuge mall with lots of options to shop anything you need. However my favorite place to visit was the food hall, it was like a street food market bustling with colours and life. It is a humongous mall! It is very easy to get lost due to its sheer size. Lots of decorations and a stage set up with a live orchestra. Very busy place. A good chunk of the food court only uses a special app rather than accepting cash or credit. Fun area to explore!
