We chose Cafe Mémorie Railway French Cafe☕️. The cafe itself is a century-old French building with a colonial-style exterior. It combines watching trains and drinking coffee. In short, it is a tourist attraction built for tourists, allowing multiple experiences to be satisfied at once. The decoration of the cafe is very eye-catching. No matter which angle you take photos from, they look good, and every photo is a wonderful one. In addition to coffee and tea, Cafe Mémorie also provides cakes, snacks, and ice cream. It is located next to the Hue Railway Station and you can hear the sound of trains passing by. It is really a great cafe.

Located in the Central region, Hue is a world cultural heritage city. The ancient capital has a long history and tradition with unique values and identities. When is Hue beautiful? Hue tourist season is from November of the previous year to April of the following year, the most beautiful is the first 3-4 months of the year, the weather is cool. For tourists who love mountains, sea, like to watch sunrise and sunset, the time to go is June-August when the sun is most beautiful of the year, the sea is the bluest. The Imperial Citadel Hue, an ancient palace, has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1993. Its design is similar to the Forbidden City in China. It is one of the most important landmarks and a must-visit when traveling to Hue. To visit the Imperial Citadel Hue, an entrance fee is required. Tickets can be purchased at the front ticket booth. For those who have a combo ticket for multiple attractions, you can present it at the gate for entry. We couldn't find the entrance and only took pictures from the outside. The atmosphere is very serene.

Nestled in a quiet suburb of Hue, Pilgrimage Village Boutique Resort & Spa is surrounded by lush gardens and offers a peaceful escape. Despite arriving during the rainy season, with overcast skies and a steady drizzle, we enjoyed a cozy night’s rest in a Vietnamese-style room, complete with wooden furnishings, tiles, and a thatched roof. One of the liveliest and most beautiful spots in Hue is the Walking Street, located along Vo Thi Sau and Pham Ngu Lao Streets. Start from the Huong River and head deeper into the streets to discover famous eateries, cafes, and street food like Bun Bo, Com Hen, Che Hue, Banh Beo, and more. In the Western Street, just raise your phone and you'll instantly capture a picturesque moment. The shops here are neat, vibrant, and beautifully decorated, ranging from modern to traditional styles. Each corner will surprise you, taking you from Hanoi’s Old Quarter to the vibrant streets of Hong Kong, Korea, or China. If you're into the lively bar scene, make sure to stop by DMZ Bar & Restaurant – a long-standing bar with a romantic view of the Huong River. Sipping on a cold glass of Huda draft beer, nibbling on some snacks, and watching the bustling streets is truly an unforgettable experience in Hue Walking Street. We had a wonderful night filled with delicious food, Hue’s signature Huda beer, and the view of the street shimmering in the light drizzle.

Huế always leaves me with a lingering sense of nostalgia. If I were to recommend a peaceful, historic, and friendly destination, it would be Huế, Vietnam. This city beautifully preserves its traditions and harmonizes with nature, offering mountains, beaches, historical sites, and unique craft villages. Staying at Anhill Boutique Hue, slightly away from the city center, allowed us to enjoy a serene day surrounded by lush pine trees and fresh air. The hotel welcomed us with charming touches, from personalized door signs to a small in-room birthday celebration. Despite the rain, we captured stunning photos around the resort’s pool, koi pond, bar, and restaurant, all exuding a timeless Eastern charm.

The entrance fee to Hue Province is 200,000 VND (about 18,000 KRW) to see only Hue Province, and there are various packages. For example, if you combine the package of Hue Province-Minh Mang-My Dinh, it will cost 420,000 VND (about 23,000 KRW). I heard that it would be hard to see all of Hue Province, but when I actually went there, I thought it would be hard to see all of Hue Province, so I bought the 200,000 VND (about 18,000 KRW) entrance fee. The weather was so good that it was scorching hot that I couldn't see every corner. Even if you look at it roughly, it's hard. However, for those who are interested in the palace, I recommend the package. However, for those who are not that interested in the palace, I recommend the 200,000 dong (about 18,000 won) ticket. After seeing the palace in the middle, you can go out for lunch, eat, and come back to tour the palace. I prepared it because I thought it would be perfect for taking my in-laws. I purchased transportation online, and I booked the VIP seat, which is the best seat, for a round trip of 170,000 VND = about 9,000 KRW in a 9-seater van that looked like it had just been selected. They picked me up at my hotel and dropped me off at my hotel when I went back, so it was convenient. It took about 3 hours, and they picked up guests in the middle. I left a note asking to be dropped off at Vincom Plaza Hue, so I got off at Vincom Plaza Hue and walked to the Hue Palace ticket office. It takes about 25 minutes to walk, but it wasn’t that difficult because I walked slowly while sightseeing. After seeing all of Hue Citadel, I ate, had tea, and returned to the main entrance of Vincom Plaza Hue at 5 PM. I was there 30 minutes early, but they said they arrived a little after 5 PM. If you calculate the cost of seeing Hue Citadel, it was 9,000 KRW for a round-trip pick-up vehicle + 200,000 VND (about 18,000 KRW) for the entrance fee to Hue Citadel alone = about 20,000 KRW. If you look at the Hue tour packages sold by travel agencies, they say it costs about 50,000 KRW for a vehicle + English tour guide + 1 bottle of water per person + lunch + Hue Citadel and Khai Dinh Tomb entrance fees. This time I stayed in a double room with one bed. Because SENNA HUE HOTEL has three buildings, the hotel staff will lead you to the one you are staying in. We live in the building on the right. There are four floors with an elevator. The monster stayed in a side room on the second floor. The corridor was very long and carpeted, so it was very quiet while dragging luggage. The room has a lot of space for activities. It’s no problem to do yoga. The double bed is a standard double and doesn't feel particularly large. There is a bedside table on the left and right, but the socket seems to be only on the right. The bed is quite comfortable, but it's not very soft and has good elasticity. Because the weather was hot and I was traveling a lot, I actually fell asleep easily. The light in the room is very bright. You can also simply turn off the overhead light on the bed to help you sleep. This is a plus. Everything in the Mini Bar is chargeable, as are the drinks in the refrigerator. But basically, I ate well with the group and I wasn’t very hungry.

The resort itself was so big that I couldn't walk around, so I rode a buggy and a bike! It was an all-inclusive resort, so I was able to enjoy 2 nights without getting bored at all even though I was there all day! The yoga and tai chi programs in the morning were also so fun, and after eating, I played pocket ball, swam, and rode a bike around the resort. The sun set quickly, so I was able to enjoy a beautiful sunset again! If you visit Da Nang, be sure to visit Hue, which is nearby.
