Stay Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort The hotel that has been open for two years is located in the Rawai district, just a 10 minute drive to Phuket Town and Kathakaren Beach. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms, the rooms have direct access to the swimming pool, the hotel has 3 large swimming pools and children's swimming pools, and continuous long waterways, and a huge 24-hour gym, equipped with all the necessary equipment, group lessons, yoga room, etc. Excellent value for money, definitely worth staying at a resort again and again. #Thailand #Phuket #value hotel

Whether you want to stroll on the beach or explore the nearby tropical vegetation, this place can provide guests with a perfect holiday experience.

The resort is a nice smaller facility, not overcrowded like the other big Hotels. The breakfast selection is huge with a large selection of healthy food. Not the typical standard breakfast you get in the other hotels. The gym is well equipment over 3 floors incl different courses. I have never experienced such a well equipped gym, simply a great place for people who like to exercise.

#freehotelstay We chose Stay Wellness & Lifestyle Resort for our hotel in Phuket. This resort is known for their 24 hr three story gym, and great food. At first I was a little apprehensive about choosing this hotel. The beach is not walking distance, it seemed like it was in the middle of nowhere, and I am so not into working out. But boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The grounds are immaculate with several pools, so you don’t feel overcrowded or feel the need to fight for a good poolside spot. The gym is spacious and it is packed with every equipment you would need for a good workout. Heck, even I got into it! But the most glorious part of my stay was the breakfast. So much choice. I still dream of their Eggs Benedict and granola with coffee every morning. The restaurant serves a variety of food, so we were never bored with our meals. The hotel offers a lot of services like, free transfer to Naiharn beach, which is beautiful, personal trainers, and a great spa with an onsen. Great kickstart to my healthy living for 2024. Hopefully I can keep it up… Or it can be a good excuse to go back!
