Currently, there is a Winter Seasonal Menu ❄️🧣 to welcome winter. Served as a special course only during this winter season, focusing on using premium ingredients, including cups and plates imported directly from Japan, handmade by national artists. This is the high season of omakase, packed with premium ingredients, available only once a year because winter is the season when seafood is rich in fat and has the most intense flavor.
🏅Received the Top 100 Best Restaurants in Asia award from OAD for 6 consecutive years, the best sushi restaurant in Asia outside Japan in 2019, and most importantly, the Head Chef used to be the right-hand man of the Sous Chef of a Michelin-starred restaurant in Tokyo.
🐚 The course we ate, Omakase Course 8,000++, will have a total of 18 pieces, including premium ingredients from the Winter Seasonal Menu in abundance. We were amazed from the first bite, loved every bite, such as the restaurant's signature Angimo liver, soft and melting in your mouth, it's so good!!! The chef cooked the abalone very well, the liver sauce is delicious, eating it together is 10/10, and the restaurant uses a world-class tuna brand called Yamayuki, which is a brand that is not sold to every restaurant, it is called Tuna King.
