The new hotel in the rice fields of Chiang Mai offers superb value for money and is absolutely beautiful~ The weekend market nearby is also fantastic
The Dhara Dhevi Chiang Mai, a new hotel that opened in the past two years, is a villa resort located in the rice fields, offering great value for money! It's perfect for a vacation~ On the day of our check-in, we arranged a picnic and barbecue in the villa garden, immediately immersing ourselves in a relaxed holiday mood and atmosphere.
The Dhara Dhevi Chiang Mai has only 21 villas, each with a private pool, lined up on both sides of the domed lobby. The rice fields stretch before and behind the villas~ As there are many fish in the rice fields, there are also many large water birds that feed, move around, and roost there in the morning and evening, creating a very natural and pristine environment, especially suitable for a secluded getaway!
The bustling Bangkok, the vacation paradise of Phuket, and the lesser-known sanctuary of Koh Samui are all my favorites! Of course, I can't forget the 'leisurely small town,' the 'wellness paradise'—Chiang Mai. This brand-new Dhara Dhevi resort, with its high aesthetic value and superb value for money, is an excellent choice for a vacation in Chiang Mai! The hotel offers a rich daily itinerary, suitable for adults to relax, and also great for family trips! Before different activities, they even delivered clothes for us to change into, which was very characteristic and fun for the Farm Tour~ Picking vegetables, feeding geese, chickens, rabbits, collecting eggs~ and even rice planting, a super-rich itinerary!
Chiang Mai is a great little city for a relaxing and leisurely stroll~ The weekend market is too good to miss! If you come to Chiang Mai, you must not miss it! After finishing the floating breakfast at the villa~ the hotel arranged a tuk-tuk to take us to the nearby Chumcha Market weekend market, also known as the Rain Tree Market~ This is a relatively niche market, about a half-hour drive from the old city, but it's really beautiful~ Set in the unique tropical rainforest of Southeast Asia, it displays various cultural and creative handicrafts, worth a special trip~ But be aware! It's only open on Saturdays and Sundays!
