Exploring the park on foot is not recommended; instead, make use of the three transportation options available: bicycles, golf carts, and tram tours. Each comes with different costs, but I personally recommend the golf cart for its ease and novelty. Among the 76 provinces, some of the most notable structures include the Grand Palace of Ayutthaya, the Buddha Footprint Temple in Nakhon Pathom, the Floating Market, the Main Hall of Mahathat Temple in Sukhothai, the Giant Fish, the Arhat Hall, the Elephant Park, and the Infinite Buddha Realm. These are the most popular and photogenic spots. Although the buildings are scaled down, the intricate craftsmanship is impeccable. If you haven't visited all 76 provinces of Thailand, experiencing them in The Ancient City is a great alternative. You can even ride an elephant around the park.
