We stayed at The Tryst River Kwai, a lovely accommodation located amidst nature. In front is the River Kwai and behind are mountains. The atmosphere is very good, very quiet. Staying here, you will be fully recharged. Here, there are rooms to choose from, both rafts and on land. We stayed for 2 nights, so we chose 2 types. The first night We stayed on the Panoramic River Scene raft, which is as stunning as the room's name suggests. You can see the view in all directions. The room is spacious and has complete amenities. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub next to a large glass window. You can see the view in full. As for the second night, we stayed in the River Terrace room. What is special about this room is that it is high up, giving a magnificent view of the river and mountains. There is also a swimming pool on the balcony. The room is very spacious, has a bathtub, and in this room we can order breakfast to eat in the room. And an activity that you can't miss when you come to relax in Kanchanaburi is rafting to see the view, which they also offer. I recommend going in the evening around 4 p.m. to get beautiful light and see flocks of bamboo bats that come out to feed. After coming back from rafting, let's continue with grilling pork. If you stay in the River Terrace room, you can eat in your room, but if you stay on the raft, you have to go eat in front of the restaurant, which has a very nice view. And the barbecue pork here is very delicious. The Tiger Temple was really great, and it felt like a temple built on a cliff, so it was different from the temples I had seen during my previous trips to Thailand.
