Wat Cha Am Address:
Phetkasem Road, Cha-am, Thailand
Worship the Buddha, climb the mountain, Tham Rod Bai Pho, Phetchaburi Province
The only one in Thailand, take a tour of Tham Rod Bai Pho at Wat Cha-am, Phetchaburi Province
I have been to Phetchaburi many times but have never been to Wat Cha-am ~
This temple is considered an ancient temple since ancient times.
The highlight of Wat Cha-am is that there is a path up the hill.
It is a beautiful Naga staircase with 108 steps.
The path up is not steep and the walk is not tiring.
On top, there is a church cave that is over 500 years old for you to worship and ask for blessings.
The cave is not very big, but there are Father Rishi Ta Fai, Buddha images, and various sacred objects for us to worship.
Not far away on the hill is Tham Rod Bai Pho.
It is a hollow hill in the shape of a Bodhi leaf. It is considered one of the Unseen spots
of the province.
Anyone who comes to visit Phetchaburi, Cha-am, Hua Hin should stop by.

Walk through the Bodhi leaf cave at Cha-am Khiri Temple
Wat Cha-am Khiri or Tham Khao Wat Cha-am Khiri is a temple that has been a part of the Cha-am community in Phetchaburi Province since ancient times. It is located in Cha-am Village on Phetkasem Road. To get there, from the Cha-am traffic light intersection, follow Phetkasem Road to the west for about 2 km. When you see the sign and the entrance arch to the temple, turn left.
The way up the hill is a beautiful Naga staircase leading to a cave with various Buddha statues for worship, which was built during the Ayutthaya period. The atmosphere around the temple is shady, suitable for meditation or those who want to make merit in a place where there are not many people. When you look down from the top, you will see a beautiful view of the surrounding area. There are various sculptures around the cave and there is also a beautiful Bodhi leaf cave that is the only one in Thailand.

Mrigadayavan Palace

Very nice seaside palace with beautiful surrounding. Especially a French tea cafe is very peaceful to enjoy high tea. The revenue from this cafe is to support a renovation project of this palace. During the renovation period, they allow tourists to walk on palace’s balcony only on Thursday and Friday. in our case for the student to enjoy the trip they allow us to observed the relics inside the palace. Marukathayawan Palace is a lovely site along the seashore. Tranquil and peaceful, often treated by the sea with a pleasant cool breeze. It was built in the same elegant style. The various wooden construction and colors covered with red roofs make the place very photogenic. The huge well maintained garden provides spacious perspectives for the summer palace. In addition indeed a beautiful palace next to the sea and most importantly the ticket was not that expensive which only cost you 30 baht. A very pretty palace which, once fully restored, will look incredible. Definitely worth a visit if you like places of a historic nature. cons was there's not really anything to do. You aren't allowed to go inside the palace and it's still refurnishing. The garden and beach are both very nice places. They also have a souvenir shop and information stands. You have to cover knees and shoulders. You can rent a sarron there.
