Chi Chang Temple (Chi Chang Temple)
#Wat Chi Chang (慈善寺)
A beautiful Chinese temple in the heart of Hat Yai. It is a temple under the Chinese Sangha of Thailand. It is located on Supasarnrangsan Road, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province.
It was built around 1936 by Mr. Keng Tang Lao, a Chinese who came to do business in Hat Yai.
It is a Chinese temple of the Mahayana sect in Buddhism. The Chinese architecture is beautiful, with the roof, walls, and pillars carved in beautiful patterns unlike anywhere else. The building is decorated with Thai, Chinese, and Tibetan art, and the patterns on the tiled walls are beautiful and unique. Inside, there are Guan Yu, Guanyin with a thousand arms, and a Buddha statue in the attitude of stopping relatives, which we can go in and worship to ask for blessings and good fortune.

Famous Chinese historical temple attractions in Hat Yai, Thailand: Charity Temple วัดฉื่อฉาง หาดใหญ่, suitable for taking photos 📸 Check in and pray
#2024Travel Review
Hat Yai, Thailand is a world-famous tourist resort city, with thousands of tourists coming here for sightseeing and vacation every day. There are many Chinese cultural relics and temple attractions in Hat Yai. This time I will introduce a Chinese cultural temple that I visited in 2024: Cihan Temple วัดฉื่อฉาง หาดใหญ่. Free to visit and take photos📸, no tickets required. The temple was built by the first generation of Chinese who came to Hat Yai, Thailand. It has a history of hundreds of years after six or seven generations. The temple building is magnificent, and the exterior structure decoration is full of Chinese cultural and artistic style. It is exquisite and very suitable for taking pictures📸, and it will definitely be a great photo. Praying in the temple is very effective, and many local residents come here to pray every day. There are not many tourists in the temple, it is quiet and peaceful, suitable for a person to visit and take pictures quietly. There are public toilets and chairs for tourists to rest in the temple.
