The airport's design is modern and spacious, and the immigration procedures were quite swift. After collecting my luggage, I took the airport express to the hotel I had booked. I chose a hotel located in the city center, making it convenient for me to explore the city. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided me with local travel suggestions and maps, which made me look forward to the upcoming itinerary. After dropping off my luggage, I couldn't wait to taste the local cuisine. I found a small food stall on a nearby street and ordered Pad Thai and Tom Yum Goong soup. The Pad Thai was delicious, with fresh shrimp and peanuts, making me an instant fan. The sour and spicy taste of Tom Yum Goong soup made me appreciate the unique charm of Thai cuisine. The next morning, I decided to visit one of Bangkok's most famous attractions - the Grand Palace. The architectural style here is magnificent, and the golden temples and palaces left me in awe. Walking into the Grand Palace felt like traveling back to the prosperous era of ancient Thailand. The Emerald Buddha in Wat Phra Kaew, in particular, was serene and sacred, filling me with reverence. I bought some local tropical fruits, and their sweet taste intoxicated me. After returning to the city center, I went to the famous shopping mall - Siam Paragon. I chose a local massage shop, and the professional masseur made me feel comfortable, releasing the tension in my muscles. In the afternoon, I visited a traditional weaving village to learn about the local handicraft culture. The villagers enthusiastically introduced their skills and demonstrated how to weave fabrics using traditional methods. This experience gave me a deeper understanding of Thai culture. On the last day in Bangkok, I decided to visit some attractions I hadn't been to yet. I went to Wat Pho, where the Reclining Buddha has a golden appearance that left a deep impression on me. Then, I visited Wat Arun, and its unique architectural style amazed me. After a wonderful trip, I prepared to return home with many memories and souvenirs. We arrived the temple at 9am morning, luckily it was uncrowded. We had spent around 2 hours there, I'm really impressed by its magnificent architecture, intricate details and serene atmosphere, also making it a perfect place for history and architerural enthusiasts. The massive Reclining Buddha with intricate golden features is the highlight of the temple. There are many monuments and small statues too. It is a former royal residence, showcasing stunning architecture and the revered Emerald Buddha. The building was very beautiful and worth to visit. 📍Na Phra Lan Road, Phra Nakhon. I would also recommend you to visit Wat Pho. It is famous for the Reclining Buddha statue and as a traditional massage school. We spent half day exploring around had a lot of street food nearby ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 📍 2 Sanamchai Road, Phra Nakhon. We also visited the famous Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn). The Iconic riverside temple known for its towering spires. The central prang (tower) of Wat Arun is decorated with colorful porcelain and seashells, which create intricate patterns. We walked around slowly to admire the detailed craftsmanship and the beautiful spires. 📍158 Thanon Wang Doem, Wat Arun, Bangkok Yai Last but not least, I would also recommend you to visit Jim Thompson House. A museum in a traditional Thai house dedicated to the American silk entrepreneur, Jim Thompson. The highlight of visiting Jim Thompson House is the guided tour. Knowledgeable guides took us through the six traditional Thai-style houses that make up the complex, explaining the history of the house, Jim Thompson's life, and the artifacts he collected.
