Wat Phra Phutthachai, Saraburi
Another temple worth visiting in Saraburi Province and there are little monkeys taking care of it. This temple is called Wat Phra Phutthachai. On the way up, there is a path between two small hills to worship the Buddha's footprint on the upper right. The atmosphere is nice and interesting. If you have a chance to go up, be careful of the little monkeys. They will charge you 2 bunches of bananas. On the way down, be careful or you will run over the little monkeys. If you have a chance, stop by to make merit and visit. #Waiting for the day to leave

Wat Phra Phutthachai, Saraburi Province.
It is a temple located on a hill, but not very high. We had to park the car at the bottom. Be careful while driving as there are quite a few monkeys.
After parking, we paid respects to the Buddha at the bottom and then went up to see Phra Phutthachai. There is also a reclining Buddha.
On the way back down, there is another path to pay respects to the Buddha's footprint on the other side. The path is also filled with monkeys, but at the top, you get a 360-degree view and there is a pond where monkeys enjoy bathing.😁😁

Wat Phra P
Wat Phra Phutthachai in Saraburi Province is a place for meditation. It is located on a high mountain. You have to walk up. There are high stairs, a temple, a church, and a replica of the Buddha's footprint. You can see a beautiful view of Saraburi Province in 360 degrees. Those who like to feed animals can bring bananas to feed the monkeys here. There are a lot of them. And they are very naughty. If you have something in your hand, be careful. They might snatch it. Cars parked in the temple area must have someone take care of them. The weapon that can subdue them is a slingshot. If you have a chance, stop by to pay respect to the Buddha and make merit. #Visit the amusement park #Go to a chic cafe

Phra Phutthachai Temple, Saraburi
During the time of the Buddha, when the Buddha was residing at the Buppararam Temple in the city of Savatthi, he ordained Phra Bindola as a Buddhist monk and assigned Phra Moggallana to take him to practice ascetics until he achieved the path and the results. Phra Moggallana took him to practice ascetics in many places in the Indian subcontinent, but he could not achieve the path and the results. Therefore, he came to practice ascetics in the remote countryside, selecting Suvarnabhumi (Thailand) at the Ghātaka Mountain, where the hunter Ghātaka and his followers lived. Therefore, he achieved the path and the results as an Ariya person in Buddhism. While he was practicing ascetics at the place, Phra Moggallana learned that the behavior of the hunter Ghātaka and his followers was rough, cruel, and brutal, and was a hunter by profession. Phra Moggallana performed many miracles to make the hunter Ghātaka believe in him, but he was unsuccessful until he returned to see the Buddha. Then he reported the story to the Lord Buddha. The Lord Buddha came to teach him and performed many miracles to make the hunter Khataka abandon his arrogant and coarse views. Finally, he had faith and was ordained as a monk. The Lord Buddha granted him the Ehi Bhikkhu Upasampada (ordination by himself) and taught him to practice the Dhamma and achieve Arahantship as an Ariya in Buddhism. When the Lord Buddha was about to return to the Eastern Palace, Khataka asked to follow him. The Lord Buddha forbade him to help spread the religion. Khataka asked for something to worship and respect. The Lord Buddha performed a miracle to leave his shadow on the mountain and left his "footprint" on the mountaintop. It will be a place of worship for Khataka and his followers, as well as Buddhists in general. #meritmaking #makingmeritandworshiping
