🌿It is an ancient temple with a history of more than 700 years. It is assumed that it was built since the Sukhothai period. Inside the temple, there is a large cave that is an important ancient site. Inside the cave, there is a large stucco Buddha statue in the Pa Lelai posture. The cave walls are decorated with stucco patterns of angels, giants, Mother Earth, and mythical animals. The ceiling of the cave is decorated with curled stem patterns and some ceramic tiles. In front of the cave, there is a pagoda that is built to imitate a pagoda from the Srivijaya period, decorated with ceramic tiles throughout.
🏔️Inside the cave, there is a large tunnel that can go through to the back of the cave. The atmosphere inside the cave looks mysterious and magical. Behind the cave, there is a 1,034-step staircase to heaven that you can walk up to the top of the mountain to see the beautiful scenery of Khiri Rat Nikhom District.

Magnificent 700-year-old ancient site
Wat Tham Singkhon is an ancient temple located on the banks of the Phum Duang River. It was built during the Sukhothai period, approximately 700 years ago.
Inside the temple, there is a very large cave. In front of the cave, there is a white pagoda in a shape influenced by Srivijaya art.
