Kamarnya juga bersih dan fasilitasnya cukup memadai seperti adanya lemari es, amenitiesnya lengkap, dan pembersihan kamar ditawari setiap hari. Selayaknya hotel berbintang tiga, fasilitas dan pelayanan sudah memadai. Letaknya juga strategis yakni di jalan gajahmada. Mungkin hal yang harus diperbaiki adalah pengairan air di kamar mandinya tidak masuk akal. Ketika ada air di bagian bawah westafel, air hanya akan tergenang dan tidak bisa mengalir.
