The temple was built atop of the mountain, in the middle of paddy fields. We parked our car at the car park and hiked up to the top. The flight of stairs was so steep and pretty challenging, and hiking almost the hot summer weather in Thailand makes it even more challenging. The architectures was very impressive with vibrant colours! The view at the top of the temple was absolutely stunning and breathtaking. The ambiance was peaceful and serene, offering landscape views of paddy fields from above! No fee is charged, just donations. Would recommend!

This trip is Kanchanaburi, not far from Bangkok, about 3 hours drive. The highlight of the must-see is Tiger Cave Temple 🐅, beautiful and magnificent as the story goes. Leaving the temple around noon, the weather is quite hot. On the way back, driving out of the temple, I found this shop, Rak Khan Na. It is a noodle shop with your legs hanging down in the rice field next to the temple. Don't forget to try ordering Khao Poon, which is a noodle-like noodle. You can either order it as noodles or stir-fried with basil dry. Initial planning for families trip which mainly for elderly, didn’t expect much. But few places which suitable for youngster to relax too. Such the cafe - Meena Cafe, very relaxing and nice food served. The view is stunning. Kids and elderly like this place too. The food a bit pricy but good experiences. Every spot is nice photo spot and unique. Have to avoid peak time.

It is a nice and warm place to be in the middle of the day and the weather is perfect for the weekend with family to take beautiful pictures. Mini umbrellas are provided free to borrow and use throughout the place. The only downside is that you have to get a tour guide to bring you as it is a little bit far from the town centre and you will need to have a tour guide to bring along.
