The location is convenient, just a few steps from the tram stop, and it takes about 20 minutes to reach the central train station with one transfer. There's a convenience store right outside. Instead, she kept her head down and muttered to herself for a full five minutes without acknowledging anyone. At check-out today, I asked another front desk staff member for a receipt (or any document confirming that the room charges had been fully settled). Her attitude was extremely rude, and she bluntly told me that they had no right to provide such a document, not even by email. I would simply like to say to this front desk lady: please do not treat guests like they are ignorant. After I firmly explained that I needed proof of the deposit refund, she finally and reluctantly printed the document for me. The front desk staff at the Hilton Brussels clearly require better training. This time, I got a room on the fourth floor, which was more standard (last time, the top-floor 'Dachzimmer' was smaller). The bathroom renovation was also good. The breakfast was quite rich, with self-service freshly squeezed juice, a good variety of cheeses and meats, and excellent baked goods. The hotel is about 150 meters from the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around.

Comfortable room and great location for a 1 night stay. Used the luggage storage facility as late flight after checkout. Ground floor bar was unfortunately closed but the rooftop bar was a nice experience

There is no way to reach the hotel via phone or email. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. Accidentally left a valuable item in the hotel. They will not respond to try and get it shipped even offered to pay. Called over 12 times with no answer and sent 4 emails no responses. Disappointing, my bad for leaving something but they could have the decency to answer the phone.

Hotel is only a few minutes walk from Bruxelles Midi making it a good option for taking the Eurostar. While the hotel corridors smell of old smoke, the room itself smelt fine and was well presented. Only very basic tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Good location near the train station. Near restaurant as well. Groceries are also nearby. Reception is very nice too. First day breakfast buffet is very delicious.

Hotel was in a great location and just outside the grand place and center square, walking distance of about 8-10mins. I walked everywhere from this location and was convenient with subway tram nearby and easy access to and from the central station. The hotel foyer and entrance was large and welcoming, service staff were helpful, there was also a gym on premise. The hotel room was a little dated and old although fairly large. The bathroom was fairly old and could need an upgrade soon although was functional and clean. The door and walls were thin and I could hear the doors slamming all the time (from guests coming in and out of their rooms) at all hours and in the morning, I got woken up by the cleaning lady vacuuming and always hitting the sides of the wall which was a little irritating. On one of the late evenings, I could hear the couple in the next room ****** *** as she was ******* ******. So yes, the walls/ceiling are thin.
