The hotel itself was truly impressive. The lobby was bright, modern, and beautifully designed, creating a welcoming first impression. The room was spacious with stylish décor, comfortable furniture, and a well-maintained bathroom equipped with quality amenities. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and relaxing. The dining area was elegant, offering a pleasant space to enjoy meals. Facilities such as the swimming pool, fitness center, and lounge were well-kept and convenient for guests. Every corner of the hotel seemed carefully designed with comfort in mind. Overall, the hotel delivered a perfect balance of elegance and functionality.

It's not our first stay here, and it won't be the last. Honestly, everything is beyond perfect. The staff professionalism, the cleanliness, the rooms, the breakfast, the small detail that gives you a little joy as the welcome chocolate walnut warm cookies. Always a pleasure to stay at the double tree by hilton.

It is a small but well-equipped hotel. It is a 3-5 minute walk from the subway station. Unfortunately, there are no shops or convenience stores nearby, so it is not convenient for purchasing supplies. There are some snacks and snacks sold on the first floor of the hotel. Frozen pizza, there is a water dispenser on the first floor of the hotel, and it is a sparkling water machine, which is a plus.

Location is within walking distance to city. But the service attitude at the reception was bad. So terrible that I cannot believe this is Citadines standard. Both staff treated us like we owed them a living, don't even bother to smile or greet guests. Left us hanging around without bothering to help for more than 1hour! Luggages, please carry by yourself, even to wheel it to their holding room..absolutely no service. Worst than hostels. Citadine management, I hope u are reading this.

The newly renovated hotel smells like paint. No one tidied the room. The customer service at the front desk was courteous. There is no air conditioning in the room and you have to open the window. It is noisy at night in the center of the city. It would be better if you stay on a high floor. There are bars and restaurants below and it is noisy if you stay on the lower floor. It is more convenient to eat out, but the breakfast is not very good. At 17 euros, it is not cost-effective! At this price, accommodation with cooking facilities is acceptable in Europe, but you must live in a high-rise!

We stayed at Hilton Brussels Grand Place for 11 nights, and while the location really is unbeatable—right across from Central Station and so convenient for exploring the city—there were quite a few things that left me a little disappointed, especially considering the price. Housekeeping was the biggest letdown. It was inconsistent from day to day—some days we came back to no towels, no bath mat, or bins left unemptied. On the eve of our checkout, there was no housekeeping at all. I’m not sure if that’s normal, but it felt like we were just forgotten. For a hotel like Hilton, I expected more consistency and care. The gym also didn’t live up to expectations. It felt neglected—messy, not well looked after, and missing basic things like lighter dumbbells (no 2kg or 3kg options at all). After daylight saving time changed, the clock on the wall wasn’t adjusted, and the water at the gym wasn’t replenished. Small things, but they added up and made it feel like the space wasn’t managed with guests in mind. I really wanted to love the stay. The location and comfort of the room were great, and that’s why it’s all the more disappointing when the basics fall through. Hopefully, these are things the hotel can look into—it wouldn’t take much to turn a good stay into a great one.

Very comfortable hotel, clean and the bedding is of very good quality. The room we had was spacious and very well equipped. The bathroom is clean and the shower spacious, the shower gel and lotion are from a major cosmetic brand.

The location is very good. It's close to the station. There is also a direct train to the airport. There is a supermarket nearby within a 10-minute walk. Many people say that the security is not very good, but I feel that the accommodation is not bad these days. There is a limited supply of Belgian waffles or croissants in the hotel lobby every day. , the room is clean and tidy, there is a small kitchen for cooking, all pots and pans are available, it is highly recommended

Location is not near city center, but there is some restaurants nearby. Room is clean and comfortable. But the toilet and the bath tub did not have separate door, a bit not convenient. Reception staffs are really nice and helpful. But the restaurants staffs are bad, not polite if you need to get something from them. We are having buffet dinner over there because my parents want to eat mussels, but it only appear 1 time that night. Not recommended the restaurant inside hotel.
