The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. "The hotel is good. And clean and room was neat and surrounded by lot of food places."

"Hotel is fine, but the air conditioners - wall mounted under the window like normal at this price point - make the bed in room 304 vibrate.  Turned mine off, and still got vibrations from the neighbors' units.  Ugh.  Slept poorly.  And the only reason I was there was to sleep.  Will not return.  Will avoid the brand going forward."

"From the convenient quiet location to the hot breakfast to the accommodations, everything was perfect! The bed was very comfortable, the room was very spacious, and it was quiet. The breakfast was hot and fresh and was restocked continually. The staff, especially Dylan, was knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all of our questions about the best places to eat and local attractions. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again when in that area!"
