"## Location: Absolutely a fantastic 5-star location! The hotel is directly opposite Sands, and Fisherman's Wharf is right next to Sands. March is the off-peak season in Macau, so there's no direct bus from Hengqin Port to Sands. You need to transfer at The Venetian, but it's still quite convenient. From Sands to the hotel, you have to cross a pedestrian bridge, but there's a 24-hour elevator. Once you exit the elevator, it's not a long walk in either direction, which is very helpful for travelers with luggage. ## Surroundings: To the right of the hotel, there's a small alley that leads directly to Macao Polytechnic University, less than 100 meters away, making it super convenient for students taking exams there. A 5-minute walk to the left will take you to the Lotus Square, and you can also see the Golden Lotus from the pathway behind the hotel. If you head right out of the hotel and walk straight down the main road for 15-20 minutes, you can reach the Grand Lisboa and Macau Tower. There are plenty of dining options nearby, probably due to its proximity to the university, with choices for all budgets. ## Facilities: The hotel reception is on the second floor. The interior facilities are complete, and the bedding and amenities are good. The room also has a refrigerator. The room isn't huge but doesn't feel cramped. ## Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well and felt comfortable. However, the windows are sealed, so upon first entering, there was a slight musty smell due to lack of ventilation. Thankfully, it dissipated after turning on the air conditioning and ventilation system. ## Environment: The hallway soundproofing isn't great; you can hear people walking and talking outside the room. Traffic noise from the street outside also comes through at night. However, this seems to be a common issue with hotels and can't be avoided. ## Service: The front desk staff are busy but very responsible, and they can switch between Mandarin and Cantonese freely for guests. A deposit is required for check-in, and Alipay is accepted."

"The Emperor Hotel is ideally located right next to the StarWorld, Wynn, and Fortuna casinos. There's a 24-hour supermarket and plenty of restaurants next door, which is incredibly convenient! The front desk and housekeeping staff are very patient and provide excellent service. They offer various room upgrades, and the value for money is outstanding. This is always my top choice whenever I visit Macau! 👏🏻"

"The room was absolutely palatial, as one might expect from Macau. It was fully equipped with all the amenities, even a refrigerator and a safe, and I have to mention, it also had a bathtub – truly exceeding my expectations! The hotel front desk staff were incredibly helpful; they managed to give me a room with a fantastic view, which I really appreciated. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied."

"Facilities: The Grand Lisboa Palace Resort's hotels are generally new, and the rooms are well-maintained. Hygiene: The room was very clean. I only stayed for one night this time. Environment: Compared to other hotel complexes, the Grand Lisboa Palace series offers more independent spaces but still has its own mall and restaurants, which are more than enough for daily entertainment. Service: Check-in was smooth, and I received complimentary Wynn Palace membership tickets (allowing fast-track access to the cable car, though I'm unsure if this was due to the Dragon Boat Festival price increase or a regular offering, I hope it's consistent). I also got discount coupons for most restaurants and shops within the hotel's mall, which was very good value."

"First time staying at this hotel! I'd passed by it before and thought it looked nice, so I took the opportunity to experience it this time! As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff at check-in were very enthusiastic! They even upgraded our room! We were so touched! The room was great and very quiet! The sea view was private yet open. We originally booked without breakfast, but my family suggested we eat breakfast before heading back, so we bought two breakfast buffets at the lobby service desk. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the location is super convenient, right outside a bus stop 🚏. The value for money is absolutely incredible! "A richly decorated hotel, although splendid, for me is more old-fashioned. 😂😂😂 Since I wanted to see Zhao Lusi's concert, I booked a hotel a day in advance for a temporary emergency. The price of a hotel in the Cotai area on Saturday is very expensive, and it is not worth paying so much money to stay. Because some hotels have very poor service but the price of the Thirteenth Palace is more reasonable, so I chose to stay here. The Thirteen Palaces may be newly opened, so the facilities are very clean and new, the service attitude of all the staff is very good, the overall staff of the Thirteen Palaces is the best since the hotels I have stayed in the past year. First night stay in a small room, have 2000 feet, have two queen beds. It's no problem for three people to live there. Having only one bathroom is inconvenient. The next night I stayed in a two-room room, four people stayed just right, the room has karaoke, suitable for me who likes to sing 😂😂😂 The room also has free snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks. The drinks in the two-bedroom rooms are of better quality than in the small rooms. If a large group of friends imagine karaoke, staying at 13 Royal Palace is a good option. The pool was very clean, one of the cleanest I’ve ever been to in a hotel. There is a hot water dip next to the pool, which is perfect for me. There are Western or Chinese options for breakfast, although not a buffet, but the food is very well done and exquisite, Chinese and Western food is good! 👍👍👍 The hotel also has a car to take me to the pier for free, which is not available in many hotels in Macau. 👍👍👍 The only drawback is that many facilities are not open, and the traffic is more involved. However, the privacy is high, going to the hotel room will get lost 😂😂😂"
